Johnny Appleseed Children’s Straw Maze

 Stepping back in time to the 18th and 19th centuries, there are 250,ooo to 275,000 people who visit the amazing festival.   Windsong Pictures orchestrates the Giant Straw Maze for four thousand children on the third weekend of in September.  The children not only meander through the straw maze but also steer their way through the Native  village with a 16’ high teepee and other Native lodgings.  The children walk planks in a zig zag fashion in the Pirate Den followed by moving through a 19th  century Circus Wagon and Clown Junction.  Children may also weave their way through the Picture Boards where parents can take pictures of their children as pirates, princesses, cowboys, cowgirls, Native Americans and animals from lions to monkeys.  Setting all of this up along with 250 bales of straw is a huge undertaking that requires many hands on for two days of…
